It’s a Busy Crafty Weekend!

The time has come for the Etsy Craft Craft Party is TONIGHT from 6-9pm at Fusion. We’re making a variety of items, plus it’s a perfect time to social with fellow friends we haven’t seen in ages. But that’s not the only thing happening this weekend!

Apparently, today National Donut Day! Local St. Louis favorite Strange Donuts will be celebrating with a HUGE party at Kuva Coffee Factory and Fusion artist, Charming Cuisine will be there selling her sweet and tiny donut jewelry. Come on… you need s’mores necklace. 🙂

brightideas3And tomorrow, is the Bright Ideas Expo at the St. Louis Science Center! The event aims to engage with innovative minds in our community and you get an inside look into the creative process. Handmade Family will be there demoing and talking about how anyone can draw, along with over 20 other creative people from Saint Louis.

Join over a dozen local artists for a Sunday Funday pop-up market at the original location of Urban Chestnut Brewery on Sunday, May 4 from 11-5. In addition to crafty goodness, there will be food by The Sweet Divine (cupcakes!) and Holy Crepe, music by Letter to Memphis and Morgan Nusbaum (of Bruiser Queen), and an appearance by Rack + Clutch mobile boutique!

If you are like some of our Fusion vendors who are vintage crazy, you will want to check out Spring Fling in the City.  Hosted in North City’s Crown Square on May 10, 2014 from 10-4, it’s virtually a vintage smorgasbord featuring more than 60 local vendors in addition to highlighting Crown Square businesses and restaurants.
